Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of HVAC systems for various building types
Oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion
Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system design
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HVAC design
Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Trane TRACE)
Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
