Assist in the planning and implementation for a Primary Montessori Program for children ages 3 to 5 years
Guide children’s activities in a prepared Montessori environment
Assist with supervising children
Establish relationships with children and families based on dignity and respect
Assist with housekeeping tasks
Attend staff meetings and other recommended training
Qualification
Required
12 credits in Early Childhood Education with 1 year experience; or Associates degree in education preferred
Must have good knowledge of principles and practices of early childhood education and development
Successful completion of the Town of Windsor's pre-employment background and drug screen – includes testing for marijuana
