Responsibilities
Performing advanced level legal secretarial level job duties
Assists and supports attorneys as needed
Coordinate preparation of charts, graphs, and other visuals
Communicate on behalf of the attorney to obtain information, follow up on delegated assignments, and know when to refer matters to the attorney
Trial support (exhibits, binders, etc.)
Maintain client/attorney confidentiality
Maintain filing systems
Performs additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of litigation support experience is required
High school diploma is required
Able to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and find solutions to complete complex tasks
Strong written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure projects meet business goals
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
MUST be authorized to work in the US
Preferred
An associate degree is preferred
Proficiency with CLIO is a big plus
