This hands-on role involves maintaining high-speed, automated machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities
Perform preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (motors, sensors, VFDs, 3-phase power)
Maintain and support automated packaging systems (Pearson, NiverPlast)
Work with PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and HMIs for basic troubleshooting
Repair and maintain mechanical systems: conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to solve root-cause issues
Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, FDA, and internal safety standards
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED
3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience
Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Basic PLC troubleshooting and automation experience
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Preferred
Background in food, beverage, or FDA-regulated manufacturing
Familiarity with Pearson, NiverPlast, or similar packaging systems
Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, sensors, and VFDs
