New Grad, Entry LevelCentral National Bank TX is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist to handle daily ACH and wire transactions and support treasury management services. The role involves working closely with commercial customers to ensure a smooth experience while maintaining compliance and accuracy in transaction processing.

Responsibilities
Process ACH originations, returns, NOCs, and wire transfers accurately and timely
Ensure transactions comply with NACHA rules, OFAC screening requirements, and internal risk controls
Monitor and resolve ACH and wire exceptions
Assist with transaction investigations, research, and issue resolution
Maintain documentation and participate in audits and regulatory reviews as needed
Act as a point of contact for commercial customers using treasury management services
Troubleshoot issues professionally, patiently, and thoroughly with clients
Monitor customer activity for risk and usage issues
Assist with special projects related to treasury management operations, compliance, or product enhancement
Assist with customer onboarding and training
Qualification
Required

Effectively communicate information (orally and in writing) to both employees and customers in a professional, composed, and concise manner
Strong organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel), and the desire to become proficient in all applicable bank systems, products, and services
