Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies focused on revenue growth, new market penetration, and customer acquisition across target verticals in advanced manufacturing
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and grow key accounts and strategic partnerships that align with long-term business objectives
Market Expansion: Research and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and competitors to inform sales approaches and recommend new areas for growth
Account Management: Manage high-value customer relationships, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and long-term account retention
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, track KPIs, and report on progress to senior leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product offerings, and go-to-market messaging
Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence innovation and continuous improvement in our offerings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, or related sectors
Proven track record of exceeding growth targets and building new customer relationships
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
