They are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Energy team, responsible for designing civil systems and mentoring junior engineers while contributing to various projects across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design of civil systems including grading, draining and hydrology for sites
Mentor junior/mid-level engineering professionals
Support proposal efforts
Move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation
Lead projects
Interface with clients
Work well within a team environment
Multi-task
Produce high quality work
Learn and grow professionally

Qualification

Civil Engineering degreePE licenseCivil3D proficiencyClient interfacingDesire to learnMentoring experienceProject leadershipTeam collaborationSelf-motivated

Required

BS in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
10+ years of related experience
Proficient with relevant software such as Civil3D
PE license is required
Experience mentoring and training employees
Experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts and interfacing with clients
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
