Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
CPS, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their in-office team and provide outstanding support to clients. This role focuses on servicing personal lines policies and ensuring an excellent client experience through effective communication and proactive service.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day service and support for personal lines clients
Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and billing requests
Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
Assist with claims reporting and follow-up as needed
Ensure client retention through proactive and attentive service
Qualification
Required
Must have experience working with captive insurance carriers (e.g., State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, etc.)
Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverages
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Preferred
Active Property & Casualty license preferred
