Drybar is a blow dry-only bar focused on providing exceptional blowout services. They are looking for retail sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and assist clients throughout their experience at the shop.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with over the top client experience, from their first step in our shop to their last. This includes, but is not limited to:

Answering the phone and responding to text messages

Checking clients in and out for their appointment

Assisting our stylist team when they are working with our guests

We love to sell memberships to our clients, we have 2 options to offer - this is a big part!

Showcase your Drybar product and hot tool knowledge to clients to help them find their best fit

We need to keep the shop fresh, Bartender side work includes activities such as: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties

We love to connect with our team so we have meetings regularly

Not all encompassing, but really just being an overall team player!

Qualification

Customer service experiencePoint of Sale SystemsSalon/spa experienceMultitaskingProblem solving skills

Required

1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!

Ability to multitask with ease

Attention to detail

Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts

Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system

Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk

Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
