Responsibilities

Execute civil design and drafting with independence, including grading, stormwater, and layout
Perform quality control reviews and provide mentorship to Engineering Associates I & II
Support client communication and technical coordination with project managers
Prepare engineering reports such as SWPPP, stormwater management, and Basis of Design
Optimize site designs for efficiency, compliance, and constructability

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
2–4 years of civil engineering/site design experience
Proficiency in Civil 3D (grading, stormwater, drainage, hydrology)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating on complex projects
