Responsibilities

Quickly migrate your current Mortgage Broker customer base

Cultivate new customers and work existing dormant or inactive accounts

Develop pipeline of new loan submissions

Master Loan Origination System (LOS), submission process, and requirements, to ensure smooth customer service

Pipeline management to ensure loan pull through

Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines

Qualification

Required

Current Wholesale AE experience with book of business, developing, supporting, and maintaining Mortgage Brokers

Thorough product knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA guidelines

Competitor intelligence

Autonomous, and self-motivating

Demonstrated ability of knowledge of customers within the territory, as well as the competitors within the area, and the ability to sell around the competition

Computer skills to master wholesale online Loan Origination System (LOS), and ability to teach customers, how to use LOS

Relationship building internally and externally, to learn process and procedure policies, with the ability to teach and educate these practices to customers

Understanding of current industry compliance polices
