Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion times
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team as needed
Assist in the recruitment and training of new technicians, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce
Monitor and control department expenses, optimizing resources and maintaining profitability
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience as a Shop Foreman strongly preferred
