Responsibilities
Perform general ledger maintenance and month-end close activities
Reconcile inventory accounts and ensure accurate valuation and reporting
Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and supply chain
Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Strong working knowledge of SAP (required)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare setting
Experience with inventory accounting is a must
