They are seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Behavioral Health to lead the integration of behavioral health services into primary and specialty care, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities
Drive adoption and scaling of integrated behavioral health models
Collaborate with CBHO, clinical teams, and external partners
Lead operational workgroups to refine clinical workflows and protocols
Model transformational leadership skills and "grace under pressure"
Use systems thinking to contribute to the innovation, development and sustainability of behavioral health services
Provide clinical supervision and expert consultation to BH clinicians
Ensure compliance with evidence-based practices and policy standards
Oversee chart review, documentation systems, and emergency on-call processes
Participate in an on-call rotation
Monitor KPIs and quality metrics; lead improvement initiatives
Guide strategic planning, growth projects, and educational programs
Represent BH on leadership teams and regulatory committees
Co-manage behavioral health grants with timely deliverable execution
Support financial optimization and clinician productivity
Oversee scheduling, referral management, and on-call rotations
Supervise assigned staff in alignment with performance management policies
Support compliance with health center standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations
Qualification
Required
Dynamic and experienced Administrative Director of Behavioral Health
Leadership skills to drive adoption and scaling of integrated behavioral health models
Ability to collaborate with CBHO, clinical teams, and external partners
Experience leading operational workgroups to refine clinical workflows and protocols
Transformational leadership skills and ability to maintain grace under pressure
Systems thinking to contribute to the innovation, development and sustainability of behavioral health services
Clinical supervision and expert consultation to BH clinicians
Ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices and policy standards
