Responsibilities

Lead implementation discovery sessions to understand client needs, existing workflows, and goals

Ask thoughtful questions to uncover critical details about the client’s engineering processes, branching strategies, deployment workflows, and tooling

Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing guidance on best practices for deployment workflows and analytics integrations

Design and propose tailored solutions to integrate the company’s APIs with client workflows

Provide hands-on assistance with technical integrations

Develop scripts or tools as needed to support client implementations

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align client needs with product capabilities

Share feedback from clients to help inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities
