Hospitality Showroom Intern
Empire Office is the largest commercial furniture dealer in the world, seeking a Hospitality Showroom Intern to support their design-focused furniture showroom. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations, including planning events, greeting visitors, and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and hosting showroom tours and client events
Greet visitors and support a warm, professional first impression
Help coordinate vendor appointments and product presentations
Organize and maintain the showroom’s material library and visual displays
Assist with administrative tasks and general coordination support
Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Event, Interior Design, or related program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with design software or event planning tools is a plus
