Responsibilities
Supervise receiving and dispatch of imported and exported materials
Maintain 100% daily inventory accuracy and on-time material delivery
Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies; implement corrective actions
Enforce 5S and housekeeping standards within the warehouse
Track and report key warehouse performance indicators (KPIs)
Drive operational efficiency through Kaizen and Lean improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite
Solid understanding of inventory control, material handling, and lean manufacturing principles
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in English
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Management experience in a warehouse within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Mandarin
