Required

BS in Social Work, Finance or Care Management or related field

3 years managed care experience or 2+ years in oncology care or 3 years customer service experience

claims experience and provider office experience preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills

ability to succeed in a changing environment

ability to work independently and prioritize assignments

ability to problem solve and handle difficult calls/situations and maintain professionalism

Excellent organizational skills

Strong analytic skills

Employee must be familiar with Federal and State managed care programs

Physician order requirements, consent for treatment guidelines, HIPAA, etc

Customer service background essential, with understanding of and commitment to providing a consistently high-level of service to patients and their families

Candidate must self-direct priorities and balance the clinical coordination with financial navigation responsibilities
