Responsibilities
Collaborate with a project team to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of construction projects
Assist in managing on-site subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and communication
Participate in the oversight of project schedules and budget management
Learn and apply Quality Best Practices to ensure project standards are met or exceeded
Promote and maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
Gain valuable exposure by interacting with industry professionals such as subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt, with an increasing level of responsibility throughout the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a similar construction program
A GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate leadership potential
Willing to travel to any state in the U.S
