Responsibilities

Meet or exceed individual organic growth and retention objectives in line with company goals

Develop and strengthen client, carrier, and vendor relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

Present coverage options and cross sell all lines of business written by Inszone

Manage book of business and meet with account management team regularly providing mentorship

Work collaboratively with other producers, account managers, marketing, and other internal teams to develop marketing strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree, RPLU, CPCU, ARM designation, or other relevant experience

Three or more years of experience in Medical Professional Liability Insurance as a retail agent or wholesaler broker REQUIRED

Proven track record of meeting or exceeded goals

Proficiency with customer relationships management software, such as EPIC or similar platform

Property and Casualty agency license

Ability to work independently and with some direct oversight
