10+ years expWGI is a top consulting firm seeking a Landscape Architect / Project Manager with extensive experience to join their Landscape Architecture team in West Palm Beach, FL. The role involves overseeing the development of landscape deliverables for various public and private projects, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with clients and sub-consultants.

Responsibilities
Development of landscape plan packages; including landscape, hard-scape, landscape lighting and irrigation plans from concept through construction
Provide quality control review of landscape deliverables prior to sign/sealing the deliverables
Development of project construction cost estimates
Coordination with clients and sub-consultants and act as liaison to government agencies
Internal coordination with planning and engineering teams
Attend public meetings and community outreach meetings
Work with Studio Manager to maintain project schedules and budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related design profession from an accredited university
Demonstrated 10+ years in progressively responsible design experience
Registered as a landscape architect with the State of Florida
High proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite required
Demonstrates reliable understanding of the relationship between design and constructibility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write business correspondence and presentations
Ability to work as a team, or independently
Night and weekend work may be required
Travel to other office locations may be required

Preferred
PMP - Project Manager Professional preferred
Experience using computer software programs including SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus
Proficiency in preparing hand drawn sketches, graphics and illustrations
