Kiddie Academy is a franchise group of locally owned early childhood education academies in the Greater Seattle area, seeking passionate ECE leaders to support their growth. The Center Director will provide leadership support to academy operations, oversee programs, develop teams, and build family relations while also assisting in the opening of new locations.

Qualification

Required

Minimum two (2) years of full time experience in managing center-based programs in a Center Director or similar management role
Candidates should have all credentials required for the position of a Center Director per WAC or be willing to get them shortly after joining
A thorough knowledge of WA Licensing regulations (WACs) for child care centers and a great understanding of developmentally-appropriate practices
Must have at least an AA degree in child care or management, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Action oriented, organized, strategic thinker, focused on getting the right things done
