Responsibilities

Gaining the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation, Survey, Construction Services, and Business Operations
Work directly with a mentor in your field of study, on real-life projects, to find solutions to design and construction challenges
Participate in discussions and engage in leadership development that will help you tackle industry issues and situations
Experience our company culture up close by touring our facilities and participating in the end of summer company-wide staff presentation
Build a lasting professional network through engaging activities in the Architectural/Engineering (A/E) industry
Qualification
Required
All positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations
The candidate shall also be able to pass a background investigation
Must be a U.S. Citizen or have student/work Authorization
Excellent oral and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and commitment to customer service
Ability to multi-task, demonstrated ability handle a variety of projects with competing priority
Preferred
Previous internships or work experience
Involvement with student / civic organizations
