The role involves teaching various courses and supporting students outside the classroom, while collaborating with faculty to enhance course materials and assessment methods.

Responsibilities
Teaching courses in the fall and/or spring semesters in School of Legal Studies in a classroom setting
Assisting and supporting students beyond the classroom by holding regular or virtual office hours as needed
Working collegially with other faculty in the area to develop and use common syllabi, course materials, and assessment methods
Using instructional technology, especially the Canvas LMS, Husson G-Suite applications, and the faculty portal
Assessing and reporting student performance
Qualification
Required
An earned Master's Degree in criminal justice or a related field is required
Demonstrated ability to work well as a part of a team
Preferred
Ph.D. preferred
Successful teaching experience at the college level preferred
Demonstrated dedication to improving classroom teaching, exploring new methods, and adapting to student needs
