Qualification
Required
Four (4) years' experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations serving over 100 people, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role
Three (3) years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher (warrant/commissioned officer experience acceptable as supervisory)
Experience in contingency or emergency feeding operations within the past two (2) years
High school diploma or equivalent
Sanitation and food safety certification within the past four (4) years
