Responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and management of the water/wastewater staff they supervise
Collaborating with the market, sector, discipline, and geography leads on short and long-term strategic planning
Annual business planning, on-going business development and client development
Team member recruiting and retention
Team member professional development
Consistently meeting company high-performance expectations for utilization and financial performance
Overall project production/quality
May also manage multiple projects and/or assist the project team with project management duties and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry
At least 4 years of experience supervising others
Established background in the water/wastewater industry
