Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for the acquisition of new clients and generation of new business
Expansion of the customer base in the Benelux sales region and realization of assigned sales targets
Identification of prospects, pitching products and services, and closing of deals with new customers
Development of sales strategies for target accounts and delivery of presentations to potential clients
Acting as the primary point of contact for new clients, contract negotiation, and client onboarding
Ongoing business development with current customers
Qualification
Required
Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences, or economics with a focus on technical sales – or an equivalent qualification in B2B technical sales
Proven experience in direct sales of software solutions, ideally within CAD, DMS, MES, PDM, PLM, or ERP environments, with a solid understanding of the market
General understanding of processes and applications related to the product development lifecycle
A sales- and market-oriented mindset with a confident, customer-focused attitude
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong self-motivation, a structured work style, and the ability to work independently and efficiently
Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
Preferred
German language skills are a plus
