The choreography of the story: pacing, states, scroll, transitions
A reusable Framer system: components, tokens, patterns, CMS
A fast launch cadence with tight loops from brief to ship
Qualification
Required
Framer mastery with live links to complex builds and advanced interactions
Portfolio that proves interactive storytelling, not just static comps
Ability to go from idea to production without handoffs
Comfort adding custom code in Framer (React, TypeScript, or beyond)
Sharp design judgment and taste under speed
Preferred
Motion skills with Rive or Lottie
3D on the web with Three.js or Spline
Experience improving clarity or conversion through interaction design
