Subcontractor/bid procurement
Managing RFI during bid period
Cost control
Scheduling
Subcontractor relations
P&L
Maintaining and delivering a high level of quality and competitive bid analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
1+ years experience is required
Estimating experience is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Excel and Project)
Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (or similar)
Ability to work in a team
