Responsibilities
Set direction and oversee the solutioning, delivery, and growth of AI-forward technology solutions
Design and implement scalable software and platform solutions, with AI integrated at the core
Bring deep experience in building or deploying AI-driven solutions—from initial assessment through production delivery
Mentor technical consultants, build community, and raise the bar on engineering excellence
Engage across product, design, data, and engineering to deliver modern, business-aligned tech stacks
Serve as a strategic partner to clients, navigating complexity with clarity and building trust through delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven success leading client engagements across industries, with the ability to influence, deliver, and grow trusted partnerships
Hands-on experience solutioning, selling, and delivering custom technology solutions, with a clear point of view on modernization, buy vs. build, and managing technical debt
Practical expertise in assessing, architecting, or implementing custom AI solutions—grounded in impact, not just experimentation
Adept at navigating complex orgs and stakeholder dynamics with a consultative, trusted-advisor approach
Skilled at collaborating across product, design, data, and engineering to architect integrated, modern tech stacks
Committed to mentoring, raising technical bar, and cultivating a thriving, high-performance consulting community
Brings operational rigor—ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery through agile practices and modern engineering principles
Sees the broader picture and connects technology to business outcomes; contributes to IP, go-to-market strategies, and practice growth
