Responsibilities
Provide Engineering (Electrical and/or Mechanical) and technical support to maintenance and production personnel in a manufacturing environment
Complete individual and team projects as needed
Install retrofitted components to existing machines
Help install new capital equipment
Build entirely new mezzanine structures from scratch
Engineer guards and levers to improve the safety of the plant for its employees
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to work with manufacturing operations personnel
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have strong time management skills to handle multiple ongoing projects in addition to day-to-day process problems
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Share Point, and the ability to quickly learn software needed to perform job specific duties
