Responsibilities

Research, design, develop, and test computer hardware and software programs

Develop software systems that control computers

Supervise the manufacturing and installation of computers and computer-related equipment

Develop new computer software systems and incorporate new technologies in a rapidly growing range of applications

Analyze users' needs and design, construct, test, and maintain computer applications software or systems

Solve technical problems that arise

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Software or IT discipline, Engineering, or Mathematics

Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc

Preferred

Possess and maintain all qualifications for certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Twenty (20) years of experience in Cyber and IT strategy and planning. The twenty (20) years of experience shall include experience in all of the following:

Architecting, developing, deploying and leading large scale data migrations involving time series data streams with multiple data channels such as those collected from full-scale trials, model scale tests, and digital simulations

Developing data storage solutions for large data repositories that ensure integrity, redundancy and availability while maintaining the original raw data

Deploying reporting engines on top of databases and database architectures such as Oracle, TimeScaleDB and PostgreSQL

Using tools to analyze platform time series data such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in maritime applications

Building and supporting cloud based solutions in Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud and VMWare
