Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT

Develop specialized clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice

Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually

Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans

Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions

Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards

Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities

Crisis Intervention - Requirement is Critical Incident Support Management experience

Provide monthly reports on clinical insights and user utilization

Provide after-office hour care when requested by the client

Support our recruitment team in screening freelance providers

Provide support to our localization team in content translation

Regularly review, refine, and adhere to SOPs, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, risk management, and operational efficiency within the team
