Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary

Develop and implement case strategies in conjunction with senior attorneys

Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation
