Responsibilities
Responsible for providing executive-level Commercial leadership, oversight, strategy, planning and cross-functional guidance across the Commercial organization
Build, lead, and scale the Commercial organization from scratch
Serve as a trusted and strategic Commercial advisor and partner to the CEO, other C-suite executives, and the Board of Directors
Collaborate and partner effectively across all stages of R&D, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs
Hands-on executive leadership and execution across all Commercial capabilities
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Commercial leadership experience within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry ideally with tenure in both larger pharma and smaller/growing biotech
Experience within Immunology/Inflammatory diseases is required
Must be able to work in a fast paced/dynamic culture
