Full Cycle Technical Recruiter - Research
Reflection AI is building state-of-the-art AI systems and is seeking a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to manage the hiring process for their research and engineering teams. The role involves sourcing and closing high-caliber candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and optimizing recruitment strategies to enhance hiring quality and speed.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for Research teams, and other specialized technical roles
Source world-class talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, and other platforms—plus academic channels, publications, and conferences
Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to target niche AI research talent
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent
Manage interviews, candidate experience, and offer negotiations to close top talent in a competitive market
Track recruiting funnel metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring velocity and quality
Qualification
Required
4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in AI/ML, research, or deep tech
Proven track record sourcing and closing research-focused candidates (e.g., AI scientists, ML engineers)
Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, and other sourcing tools
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and improve recruiting performance
Comfortable with deep research into niche technical fields, publications, and academic networks
