Responsibilities

90% of this job is to conduct home tours: Show our outstanding homes available for rent to potential residents, highlighting the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each property

The remaining 10% is completing other tasks related to the home: complete quality assurance checks, pre move-in tasks (key copying, setting up lockbox access at homes, etc.) and light inspections
