Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards

Required

Law degree required with a license to practice in the state of Texas required
Minimum of 8 years of legal experience required
Expertise in clinical agreements, data privacy (including GDPR and US privacy laws) and commercial contracts/legal operations, healthcare law and regulatory compliance
Experience in academic medical centers, research institutions or biotechnology firms and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as OHRP, AAHRPP, or AAALAC accreditation
