Handle multiple accounts and balance inbound requests with outbound outreach
Qualification
Required

Professional verbal and written communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent; college students, interns, and recent graduates are welcome to apply
Ability to learn customer service software quickly and proficiency with basic PC tasks
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Minimum age of 18 years
