Manage inventory accounting processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting
Oversee job costing activities, tracking labor, materials, and overhead for project profitability
Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve cost visibility
Support month-end close and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a lean, fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory systems and job costing methodologies
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred but not required
