Responsibilities

Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
Create required controlled documents
Maintain standards for current processes
Deploying and integrating line automation improvements
Mechanical design
Electrical knowledge
Robot knowledge
PLC programming, Pneumatic systems, Fluid systems knowledge
Experience with presses and fasteners
Error proofing concepts and production processes
Project management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
Experience with quality management systems strongly desired
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
5 years of relevant experience
Preferred 2 years' experience in related field
Experience in error-proofing concepts and basic production processes
Entry level knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Experience with presses and fasteners
Experience in project management and process control documentation skills
