Client Services Intern (Summer 2026)
Cvent is a leading meetings, events and hospitality technology provider with a strong focus on fostering intrapreneurship among its employees. They are seeking a Client Services Intern for a 10-week rotational program in Summer 2026, where interns will learn about event industry fundamentals and provide customer support to drive value for clients.

Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Help track customer goals and identify action plans to drive platform adoption and help clients achieve desired outcomes
Partner with customers on how to best leverage Cvent’s Virtual and Onsite Solutions functionality
Assist in planning and managing day of aspects of client events
Assist in providing strategic guidance for customers on event set up and management
Learn and execute onsite process using Cvent’s hardware and software
Help develop and improve upon internal processes and provide product feedback as they pertain to client needs
Create a Cvent Proposal Project that will be presented to Client Services Management at your end-of-summer review
Assist Cvent’s Client Services Management by organizing and carrying out client services-related projects and operational duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Full-time college student with plans to graduate in May 2027 (summer between Junior & Senior year)
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks
Ability to commute to our headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA
Self-motivated, analytical, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment
