Responsibilities
Experience: 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex IT programs, specifically within the Federal contracting space
Demonstrated experience managing projects subject to strict government regulations and security standards
Deep understanding of Federal contracting processes, acquisition lifecycles, and government IT security frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP)
Experience working directly with Federal agencies is highly desirable
Strong grasp of IT information systems, software development lifecycles, infrastructure, and cloud technologies relevant to Federal environments
Proven ability to work closely with external software and IT service vendors to define, refine, and update technical requirements, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and agency needs
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective, compliant solutions in a highly regulated environment
Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Federal clients, prime contractors, external vendors (especially in requirements translation and updates), technical teams, and senior leadership
Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and compliance concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities and urgent requests, bringing structure and clarity
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex IT programs, specifically within the Federal contracting space
