Own Impactful Workstreams – Lead critical analyses and strategy development, influencing client decisions at the highest level
Crack Complex Challenges – Dive into data, uncover insights, and craft innovative solutions
Partner With Executives – Engage directly with C-suite leaders, building trusted relationships through your expertise
Mentor & Lead – Guide junior team members, raising the bar for what’s possible
Drive Change – Turn insights into action plans that deliver measurable results for clients—and ultimately, for patients

Qualification

Required

3+ years in strategy consulting (top-tier or boutique) or equivalent high-performance roles
An advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or PhD) in business, life sciences, engineering, economics, or a related field
Proven success leading analyses, delivering insights, and influencing stakeholders
Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
Willingness to travel as needed
Prior life sciences experience is highly valued, but what matters most is your ability to think big and deliver results
