Responsibilities

Understand account dynamics and can mobilize resources to most effectively meet client requirements

Liaise between the agency and client to establish goals and budget, and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions

Fiscal responsibility for client budget and expense reporting

Work with senior account leads to develop strategic marketing goals based on brand strategy and direction, as well as analyze critical marketplace data

Continually build knowledge of disease space, competitive landscape, and industry trends and share learnings with internal and client brand teams

Monitor and proactively identify upcoming challenges that may impact the client

Collaborate closely with the cross-functional agency team, taking a leadership role to inspire and guide the team in generating innovative ideas

Successfully coach and mentor junior account team members and inspire others to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients
