They are seeking an entry-level Staff Engineer to gain hands-on experience in site design, collaborating with licensed engineers on land development projects that impact local communities.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders on a variety of exciting land development projects—including industrial, residential, mixed-use, urban redevelopment, and affordable housing
Get hands-on experience in drafting, plan production, field inspections, design coordination, and cost estimation
Use tools like AutoCAD and HydroCAD to support real-world design and stormwater management solutions
Assist with engineering tasks such as performing calculations, preparing permit applications, writing technical specs, and creating exhibits and presentation materials
Take on a variety of project-related tasks, giving you broad exposure to how land development projects move from concept to construction
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction, or Structural Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related program with a focus on civil infrastructure
Reliable transportation to and from the office or local project sites
Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to try new things
