Responsibilities
Greet all callers and visitors in courteous manner
Assist with clerical tasks such as making copies, filing, and scanning documents into Image Now
Become familiar with all Financial Aid policies, procedures, and general information in order to assist with telephone and in-person inquiries
Assist students and guests who visit the Financial Aid Office
Maintains an appropriate and professional environment in the reception area of the office
Answers phone calls and directs calls to the appropriate financial aid counselors
Performs related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible
Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter
Student must be dependable, professional, and customer service oriented
The student must have the ability to interact with the public in a courteous, business-like manner at all times, while handling/viewing confidential information
