Channel Account Manager (Mid-Level)
SecureW2 delivers cloud-native, passwordless solutions that enhance security management. They are seeking a driven Channel Account Manager to recruit and enable new partners while scaling current resellers, collaborating with various teams to boost channel sourced revenue.

Responsibilities
Recruit + enable new regional resellers focused on networking + security
Manage and grow the current portfolio of SecureW2 channel partners
Develop joint business plans and drive partner-sourced pipeline
Onboard, enable, and support partners through the full sales lifecycle
Collaborate with marketing to run co-branded campaigns and events
Identify new partner opportunities and evaluate strategic fit
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and escalations
Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner account management, or related roles
Proven success in growing revenue through partner relationships
Strong understanding of SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, or identity solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Experience working with VARs in the IT/security space
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Prior experience working with SLED, enterprise, or education markets
