Elevator Services Group is a professional recruiting firm seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Operations Manager for their client, an established franchise business providing mobility access products and services. The Field Operations Manager will oversee operations, drive profitable growth, manage field staff, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise field teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively

Develop and implement operational plans to optimize productivity and resource allocation

Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Collaborate with other departments to align field operations with overall company objectives

Maintain accurate records of project activities, including timelines, resources used, and outcomes achieved

Required

Experience in operations management, preferably residential stairlifts, mobility access, elevators or similar industry i.e. HVAC, installation, service and repair services industry

Proven experience in a managerial role within a field operations environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams

Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results while maintaining safety standards

A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites
