They are seeking experienced Cabinet Refacing & Installation Subcontractors to partner on kitchen remodeling projects, requiring skills in cabinet refacing, installation, and trim carpentry.

Responsibilities

Perform cabinet refacing including veneering cabinet boxes and installing new doors and drawer fronts
Install base and wall cabinets, crown molding, toe kicks, trim, hardware, and cabinet accessories
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected worksite
Communicate with our project manager for daily updates or change orders
Work efficiently while upholding high standards of quality and professionalism

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in cabinet installation and/or cabinet refacing
Skilled in trim carpentry and related finish work
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow plans or diagrams
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
Reliable transportation and own set of tools

Preferred

Cabinet painting experience
Wood refinishing experience
Tile backsplash installation experience
Drywall installation experience
LVP and other flooring installation experience
